At Hope Therapeutic Inc., our mission is to provide compassionate and effective rehabilitation services. We aim to empower individuals to regain their independence and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic programs.

Che’Tara Bell, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program and Residential Treatment Center dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals living with complex mental-health and co-occurring challenges. With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health leadership, Tara, as I am affectionately called, has built a reputation for transforming systems, elevating clinical quality, and creating programs that foster long-term recovery and personal empowerment.
A proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Tara, champions inclusivity, cultural humility, and equity across all levels of service delivery. Their lived experience fuels a deep commitment to ensuring that mental-health care environments are safe, affirming, and accessible to people of all identities and backgrounds.
Tara’s personal journey has also shaped their leadership. Supporting a close family member living with HIV gave them an early and profound understanding of stigma, resilience, and the importance of comprehensive, holistic care. This perspective remains central to their mission as CEO—guiding initiatives that reduce barriers, promote dignity, and strengthen support systems for individuals and families navigating behavioral health needs.
Widely respected for their strategic vision, collaborative leadership style, and dedication to recovery-focused care, [Name] continues to lead the organization with purpose and heart. Their work reflects a lifelong commitment to advancing mental wellness, advocating for marginalized communities, and creating pathways to healing and hope.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Trauma, graduating with honors from Walden University. Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management. With over two decades of experience in the helping profession, I'm dedicated to aiding individuals in overcoming their obstacles, aiming to guide them from distress to a more optimistic state.
My expertise involves offering clinical support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), individuals experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and working with young adults, families, and multi-system involved youth who have experienced years of trauma.
I believe everyone deserves a nurturing space to confront life's challenges and embark on the path to healing. My approach fosters a safe and secure environment for clients to share their narratives and navigate their healing journey. Through collaboration, I empower clients to craft their own life stories, leveraging their strengths to enhance emotional well-being and enact positive changes.
My clients have described me as personable, informed, non-judgmental, direct, and down-to-earth.
